We were founded by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs — since our inception, everything we’ve done is with an eye toward making it easier for our partners and their customers to realize their vision and achieve their business goals.

As the enterprise IT landscape increasingly shifts to an as-a-Service (XaaS) model — a trend that’s accelerated over the course of the global pandemic — more organizations are embracing the XaaS model and have come to see service-based IT as a critical driver of business agility and workforce efficiency. In turn, to better align with their customers and gain a competitive edge, providers of traditional enterprise IT solutions are looking to expand their XaaS solutions.

It's that same goal that was behind our newest initiative, the Ecosystem Partner Program. We set out to create new avenues for current and prospective partners to leverage the power behind our digital exchange and marketplace to deliver connectivity and as-a-Service solutions to their customers.

Structured around four tiers, each with unique requirements and benefits, the Cyxtera Ecosystem Partner Program gives enterprises an entree to the Cyxtera Digital Exchange and connects them with a universe of Cyxtera customers - many of whom are actively looking for Xaas solutions to help them scale their infrastructure. Built-in marketing tools and flexible terms that translate into zero channel conflict or cost to them are icing on the cake.

And, because we understand that optionality and flexibility are critical, partners can sell on-demand interconnection and infrastructure solutions, allowing them to expand their addressable market through a net-new ecosystem. What’s more, Managed Service Providers can layer services onto Cyxtera core solutions for a full end-to-end strategy to solve critical IT challenges for customers.

Dollars and sense

Through the program, partners are connected to a rich ecosystem of providers, allowing them to accelerate their growth and generate profitable new revenue streams selling digital exchange solutions to a ready-to-buy audience of more than 2,300 existing Cyxtera customers. But the program goes beyond the bottom line — it works to reinforce the partner’s positions as a trusted resource and advisor to their clients.

Whether it’s the chance to help customers evolve and build a hybrid IT strategy with on-demand solutions and interconnection capabilities or it’s simply connecting customers to Cyxtera’s extensive ecosystem of networks and cloud on-ramp providers, the program opens up a world of opportunities for partners and customers alike.
