Our carrier density strategy is focused on diversity, resiliency, and multiple paths to mitigate single points of failure for our data center customers. One of our cloud infrastructure providers supporting this strategy is Oracle.
Cyxtera has invested in network planning to give every customer access to Oracle Cloud.
As an Oracle Cloud FastConnect Data Center Provider and Silver level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) in Phoenix Arizona, Cyxtera DCS customers can connect to Oracle Cloud via a single mode fiber cross connect.
For our Cyxtera Data Center customers that are outside of the Phoenix market, we can provide direct access to Oracle Cloud via our ecosystem of network service providers including: AT&T, BT, CenturyLink Cloud Connect, Megaport, Verizon, and Zayo Cloud Link.
Cyxtera ecosystem providers design dedicated interfaces to the on-ramp of your choice. They can be designed in the metro for active/active replication, or to different availability zones for diversity purposes. Finally, there is no middle-man, or other exchange point in the middle of this design. Our ecosystem network providers offer clean, direct paths increasing performance and reducing latency.
